I thought you were supposed to be working! Shame on you! Kiss Kiss.
I'm your wife and you are going to make me work for the ten points? Fine.
I think technology makes our life both easier and busier.
Easier because if the higher availablity of information and speedier communication. The rate at which we can transmit a thought or feeling or purpose is amazing. And that's just the internet. We have many technological advances in our own home that enable my job to be easier than women 50 or 100 years ago and so, theoretically, I should be able to get more done.
However,
It makes our lives busier as well. For example, 50 or 100 years ago, people had only a few sets of clothes that they wore because laundry was a pain to do. I think I spend just as much time doing laundry now as the women then because we have so much more laundry to do. Then we think about email and the time it takes to clean out the junk alone. Then there's the fact that anyone at any time can send us their every thought or feeling and we are compelled to read it, even if we aren't interested, because we know they will be expecting an almost instant reply.

I guess because I am 43 I see really see both sides of it. When i started working computers were in the baby stage and they took up a whole room with guys in sweaters operating them.
I get more done today then I did 20 years ago. Technology has enabled me to be much more productive. Sine there is better technology more is expected of me. So i have always worked hard, except when I am on Yahoo Answers..lol, but I get more done now. Same work ethic, more productivity.

i think technology has made our lives easier, for example we dunt need to walk miles to get to places that we want, there is also washing machines to make our daily lives easier
by the mean of "busier" i think it is not due to technology but rather than the competition dat we have today. since population of the world is increasing rapidly, the level of education is going higher and higher, so we must keep ourselves busy in order to survive in this fast moving world

for those of us who have been able to use the technology to our advantage it has made it easier and will continue to do so. If it has done anything else to your life it is because you are using the technology improperly.

Crazier i think of. not basically are the failings you pronounced genuine however the stuff in simple terms isn't risk-free. Televisions,HD,cellular telephones are turning our brains to mush! there is distinctive quantities of undesirable outcomes from those issues.

There is no such thing as a "labor-saving device".
It is a labor-compression device, so you can do more work in the same time frame.
