Cost of Plumbing Rough in?

I live in South Central Kentucky. What would be a close estimate of the cost( for labor plus materials) of rough plumbing and rough electrical, and HVAC installation in a new home. It will be 1500 sq. ft. 3 bdrm, 2 ba., Ranch style with full unfinished basement.

The Bathrooms are back to back and the washer and dryer are about 4 ft from them. The kitchen is about 30 ft away from the bathrooms.

you have blueprints? Get 3 estimates. you have to know how many bathrooms and placement at least. If they are back to back it's less than if they are further apart.
