You must be referring to the "music" of the dance troupe called Stomp! It's not so much categorized as a music genre, as it is percussive physical theatre. I got the chance to see them perform a couple years ago, and I'd have to classify it as one of the most uniquely entertaining shows I've ever witnessed.
