First, you won't notice a whole lot of anything out of the ordinary. A month goes by, and you miss your period. Nothing out of the ordinary still. A couple weeks later, morning sickness kicks in, and certain smells, tastes, thoughts, or just by moving the wrong way, and immense nausea takes over instantly, and you begin unexpectedly vomiting (with me, it was occasionally projectile vomiting). It can even be smells or tastes you normally like (I used to love scrambled eggs... took me a few years before I could eat them again). Sometimes, it'll be brief and be over before you know it, sometimes, you'll be in there well past noon.
Month 3 starts, and the cravings kick in. Some women don't have them, but I was one of the many who do. You get a ravenous hunger for something. Usually something strange you'd never imagine putting into your mouth (for me, I constantly wanted banana splits, or ribs... but my weird craving was Gummi Worms and Trix... together... in the same bowl...with milk). This craving will not go away until you actually eat it, and it becomes a constant obsession in your mind until then. During this time, you still have morning sickness, but it should be subsiding at the end of the trimester. At this time, as you begin to show slightly, and back pain kicks in, like a dull, constant, tired, pressure on the small of your back.
I was a young mother too, and the best advice you could get is to see a doctor immediately. The longer you put it off, the more danger both you and your child could be in. If you are indeed pregnant, your parents will eventually learn of it anyway (a belly that's eventually nearly as large around as your torso is tall and breasts 2 or 3 cup sizes larger than normal are hard to hide), and going to see the doctor with them will ensure both yours and the baby's health in the long run.
Hope this helps!

dizzy and sick. go to the dollar store they have pregnancy tests take one to be sure if not start using condoms or stop having sex. do your parents know? i had my son at 18, i was alone, scared and sad but now i'm in my 30's and look back on it as i'm glad i had my son. i love him so much and we grew up together. don't get an abortion, if you have a good relationship with your parents they will be mad at first but everyone loves a new baby. i had so much support after i told everyone. it is a responsibility but they give you so much joy.

Nausea, sore/tender breasts, very tired, sometimes extremely emotional, it's hard to tell sometimes because many of the symptoms are the same as for pms and everyone is different.
