Good question. My birthday is the 23rd, and I run into where I am a Libra on some horoscopes and a Virgo on others. Although I am no expert, my friend who enjoys astrology as a hobby has told me that I am a Libra based on my personality. You could look into both as well and see which one best fits your personality. Surely one day those dates will stop going back and forth from each other.

Technically, you are both, but you were born under the sign of Virgo. You were born on a cusp which means you take traits from both signs. For instance, I was born on February 20, which means I was born under the sign of Pisces, but I also take traits from Aquarius because I was also born on the cusp. My birthday's October 23. I have the same question...Libra or Scorpio? Someone told me I was "on the cusp" so I think that means that I have traits of both Libras and Scorpios and when I read my horoscope, I sort of go with the one that sounds more likely...even though I don't really follow it that much. I am definitely a complicated person :)
