Oh yeah, I am sure this heat wave is all his fault. I also know that he paid mother nature to hit New Orleans.

Thanks for the laugh!

Blaming the man sitting in the White House for all of our problems makes little sense indeed.

Though I think most people who question the Government these days realize it is made up of more than a single person with a single agenda. What is worse, many suspect that our Government is corrupt because it allows outsider influence (powerful corporations such as the oil companies or even the "secret societies").

Is this true or is it just a conspiracy theory?

Sometimes it can be so hard to know the truth these days with all the spin and propaganda that is spewed out by the media, government agencies, and now the Internet.

People want a transparent government. They don't want to discover scandals or decisions made in secret that steer us in a direction we would not choose ourselves.

Is it possible to have such transparency with the number of citizens that we have and the security concerns internally and externally? In our current state of apathy and fingerpointing, etc... I don't know, though I believe it can happen if we truly wanted to have it.

As long as Citizens do not feel they can trust the Government, conspiracy theories will thrive. Perhaps that is inevitable. Then again, perhaps not..

President George W. Bush does not control the weather and is not responsible for the Heat Wave throughout the United States.

sure just like he caused katrina......also i had a flat tire the other day and guess what, everyone claimed bush wasn't even in the same state ! i know though he was there and he was the one who put the nail in the road for me to run over just so i would have to pay for a new tire which by the way is made from oil based products which in turn goes directly to bush's bank account....yeah, he's the cause of all the wars, all the floods and storms, all the pregnancies and diseases, bad grades and school starting and all the flat tires....everything.....he has got to be the most powerful presence on earth...be afraid, be very afraid

Yes - this is a fact - he had Haliburton construct a huge dome that covers most of the country - it is a glass dome that acts like a magnifying glass, and so it intensifies the sun's rays...

Help, help - I need some big government types to come and help me - I'm done on one side - flip me over, and then call the ACLU so I can file a class action suit to cover my loss of income because I am now disabled from the sunburn...

It truly amazes me that this man can be called the dumbest retard on the face of the earth AND that he's calculating enough to plan 9/11, cause hurricane Katrina, raise gas prices, make abortion illegal, start a war with Iraq all by himself, and now cause this heatwave. He's something isn't he?

Well why not blame him? He gets blame for everything else. I'll bet he wishes he had all the power that some people think he has. You will hear that it is Bush's fault because he didn't sign the Kyoto Agreement..have heard that from most of my liberal friends.

President Cheney engineered the failure of the US to sign on to Kyoto after his physician advised him to keep warm to put less stress on his pacemaker. He knows what he's doing, so we can expect the average world temperature to stabilize around 96 degrees CSBT (Cheney Standard Body Temperature).

No. It was just a coincidence. The speeches he gave DID cause a lot of hot air, though.
