well maybe "smoth" was a spelling error but to get yr legs and butt really tight and skinny you do squats.....http://exercise.about.com/cs/weightlifting/ht/Squat.htm

that website tells you how if you dont know... do atleast15 reps of 3 sets a day and you'll see changes by next week!
