5. What are your greatest weaknesses?
6. Why do you want to work for this company?
7. Tell me something you did-or fail to do that you now feel alittle ashame of?
8. Aren't you over qualified?
9. Describe your ideal company, job
10. Why have you been out of work so long?

When facing the interviewer, sit at the left hand side because this will cause him to pay more attention to you. Also, ask questions about the company. Write down notes, because this will show you have interest in them. Always send a thank you note or e-mail to the interviewer within 24 to 48 hours of interviewing.

Identify w. the person, find common thoughts, goals, ideas anything that will make him see that you could fit in.
Don't get upset at the fact that this is impossible usually, you have to do a lot of interviews before you hit it off except in the beginning when beginners luck is rife.

Open ended questions make them talk. Do not ask yes or no questions. Make them feel comfortable also.
