When facing the interviewer, sit at the left hand side because this will cause him to pay more attention to you. Also, ask questions about the company. Write down notes, because this will show you have interest in them. Always send a thank you note or e-mail to the interviewer within 24 to 48 hours of interviewing.

Identify w. the person, find common thoughts, goals, ideas anything that will make him see that you could fit in.
Don't get upset at the fact that this is impossible usually, you have to do a lot of interviews before you hit it off except in the beginning when beginners luck is rife.

First you need to feel extremely confident of yourself! Once you feel confident TRUST me nothing can go wrong! Also, try to be calm and say a little prayer......I am telling you that if you have confidence and be calm you cana't go wrong! Laters-----if you don't mind tell me how it went!

Open ended questions make them talk. Do not ask yes or no questions. Make them feel comfortable also.
