She most likely is considered English, since she was born there. However, she has French and Algerian heritage.

Every child born in the UK or UK dependency is British by birth and that birth is recorded in the Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages. This is irrespective of the nationalities of the child's parents.
The child may be eligible for dual or multiple nationality but this will be dependent on the Laws of the countries in which the parents were born. Although she will be eligible for dual nationality based on her mother's birth country, as your husband had already gained French nationality (dual with his Algerian domicile) it is unlikely that your daughter will 'inherit' the Algerian component. She will be Anglo-French Nationality.

Your daughter is firstly French and secondly British with Algerian coming a close third. As french you and your husband are both french (even if he has a dual nationality). However as your daughter was born in Britian she could also be British if she chose.
Just as a foot note if you are a french national it may be easier for your daughter to follow in your footsteps.

If your daughter was born in Britain then of course she's British. Don't understand how your husband is French/Algerian though. Was he born in Algeria or France?

The British will consider your daughter to be British since she was born on their soil. They also have no problem with a person holding multiple nationalities but the other countries may have their own interpretation of the birth.

My mum and dad are English, my sisters are english. My mum and dad emigrated to South Africa where i was born, I came to England 5 years later. I have lived in England for 20 years and have a British passport.. If i wanted i could apply for a South African Passport but i choose not to. On my passport my Birth is Capetown, South Africa. Your daughter Is british because she was born here, if you choose to have seperate passports thats your choice. But the girl is British. Never let her forget her roots though as i ertainly don't forget mine. Good luck.
