There are all kinds of people in the USA, pretty much like there are all kinds of people in every country. Americans are good, bad, rednecks, arrogant, loving, caring, selfish, rich, poor and all other types.

it was one of the first places converted to Christianity [by st Paul]who was shipwrecked her on his way to Rome for trial
we have the oldest [deletable] free standing building in the world it pre dates the pyramids
it was the home of the nights of st john [st johns ambulance ]and they built many fortifications here which are still standing after the second world war it was awarded the George cross medal by the British monarch in recognition of it peoples fight against the Nazis

That we have no say in what our goverment does. We don't even have a say in our vote anymore. I would let them know that wars should be fought by the people who wage them---those who steal more with a briefcase than they could with a gun.
