I have this problem when i am trying to connect to the internet. It is on a dial up modem and it will go through the entire process, as in verifying my user name and password, but then it pops up this error code. Any help is appreciated!

It sounds like your provider is not assigning you an IP Address. Chances are your dialup provider has a DHCP server which assigns you an IP Address and something is not working right. But, I am just guessing and not positive.

delete the server and re boot the disk
