Science and fact don't support racism, sorry.

Its not clear if this question was simply meant to insite hate
or not, but the question itself contains a misunderstanding.

Nobody is ever fully evolved. Evolution is an ongoing process.
There is very small variation between ******* and caucasoid
races genetically - certainly nothing that distinguishes them
as separate species.

One might argue that a higher melanin level will provide
better protection from ultraviolet rays that become more
prevalent as the OZone layer depletes - that is, *******
skin is MORE evolved towards ozone depletion than
caucasoid skin is - but that would be giving in to the
questioner's clear intent to insite hatred.

No it isn't a fact, they are as evolved as the rest of the Homo Sapien Sapiens on the planet. They aren't from a different Hominid Branch, we are all from the same branch.

There has been DNA research done that while not finished is showing so far that Black people have a normal distribution of Malanomin and that other groups of humans that the melanomin isn't functioning correctly. I find this kind of neat. But, we are all the same, and it is environment and time that make us different.

Race differences in ability have been fully debunked decades ago. Have you been living in a cave? The real difference is white-male racist/sexist/heterosexist/faithist behavior and policy which holds minorities, like African Americans down.

In fact, 'black' people evolved first, the initiation of humans as we know them was in eastern Africa.

Man originated from earlier primates in eastern Africa. The big step in their evolution is the drying of eastern Africa about 4 million years ago. When the jungles died and separated, what would become man developed a locking knee joint. This enabled them to walk much farther (and endurance run) to cover more ground and obtain more resources, putting them at a distinct advantage to other primates. If you don't believe me, try walking around without locking your knee, it's hard and taxing.

This adaptation allowed for the development of many other things that we've come to love: our large heads and brains (when we were strictly bipedal, we free up our hands for projects, and this favors big brains), short rib cage (for flexibility), and big butts (something has to give you balance when you don't have a tail).

This climate change occurred when New Guinea moved in the way of a prominent current that brought warm, moist water to east Africa. Over time, these newly smart, adapted primates radiated out of Africa and to the rest of the world. See links below for more info.

whoever came up with that stupidity?

No species is "fully evolved" because evolution is an ongoing process,

The distinctions between various sections of humanity are simply arbitrary and no real genetic description can set off any particular group.. and there is no such thing as a "better" or "less good" class of people,
(although I tend to consider biggots as less, there are idiots of every description)

we can trace origines genetically but cannnot (and should not) ever use this type of origin information to form any opinion on who is "better" ..

That is some sort of ignorant belief that can not be supported in science or any other medium for that matter. On a personal level I find the question revolting.

It would appear that your knowledge is not fully evolved.
