for the past 3 weeks, in almost all of the dreams I've had have had the number 262 in them. I think the number must have some significance, but I can't figure out what. If anyone has any insight as to why this number has injected itself into my dreams or what the number itself might mean, that would be great.Thank you!

Like in one of the dreams, I was in a skyscraper and the floor I was on was the 262nd floor. Or I was looking for a door and when I found it the #262 was above it. I"m not sure what the significance is...but thanks to all of you who've answered and keep the answers coming, please!

Hello Shannon,
Follow this closely, okay? One; Dreams are the subconscious accumulation of your physical, intellectual, and spiritual experiences of a day, or a week. Depending on their impacting nature. The brain stores I think like eight hundred million bits of information by the end of ones' existence. This data doesn't go anywhere. Your brain automatically stores it. Why? How? I don't know fully yet. I daresay few do either.

Two; Significances. They are invalid. At one time in mans' history, and I use the term ' man ' generically as the ancients did, inferring all humanity, they had a significance. They were also qualified as even then, strange. There is a spiritual world. But only the darkness of that realm breaks that silence between the natural, and spiritual realms. You use the word ' random ' - see?

Your brain functions are normal, even your own thought processes are telling you something;

" Hey. Somethin' ain't right, right about here. "

That - is a phenomenon we all have and take for granted.

The fact is, something isn't right. And it has nothing to do with you. When you sleep, you are totally relaxed. Optimum time to work on someone psychologically.

Here, I'll state it in broad terms. The world at large, ( and their brother ) will know what I'm talking about.

We all go through this because there's something out there, not
' up here ' going on.

Dreams, though they seem to last forever are barely thirty seconds long, if that. So many in fact you forget most of them. Except the ones that impact you most or ... are meant to.

Even if your eyes were closed and you were out of it, your eyes act as a lens. The visual information goes to the brain via the optic nerve and translated as pictures in your brain.

Or - motion pictures.

With a soundtrack.

This can be done with extant technology today. No one - has to be within a mile of you ( or more ) in order to do this. The fact this can be effected means people are picked at random without their knowledge or consent. The important thing to remember is as follows.

It means nothing.

Even if it does, ignore it.

Whatever man does today, it would seem, his hand is always put to evil. We as people don't mean anything to that dark power often in human form. What you should concern yourself with, is the real world. It's almost an illusion.

Read the book. You'll see what I'm talking about. In time. I really hope this helps.

In my own numbers, 2 is emergency or call for help (911, 9+1+1=11, 1+1 = 2). 6 I usually see to mean end and beginning (the end of one thing is usually the beginning of something else). 2+6+2 = 10, 1+0 = 1... 1 from what I have seen means stop, or to match the movement of everything else (in relative terms). It could be one emergency ending and beginning another emergency, which when played out result in a stop. Note that 2+6=8, and 8 I hold to mean returning, so 8+2 can be seen as returning emergency. But to be honest that is just meaning I gave to those numbers based upon my observations of the presence of them nothing more.

I thought that in dreams you can't read or make out text. I've never been able to at least. Maybe in a lucid dream, you are conscious of these numbers, like maybe you have a clock or something near by, or try looking for the numbers in your normal every day life, for example on the way to work, maybe you see those numbers some where.

Numerolegists believe that the numbers 2 and 6 mean the following:

The number 2 -A female number indicating balance, sharing, give and take, two way communication. The number two is important for channels (mediums) and as such they will often have dreams which are littered with the number two (eg. weddings, twins, 2 of anything, etc.). Dreaming of the the number 2 is not enough in itself to indicate that the dreamer is a channel but it is a good indicator.

The number 6
Another female number, 6 indicates Dharma, Christ Consciousness, Grace, love, forgiveness, compassion. It indicates a request to go beyond the five senses and Karma and develop compassion etc. within yourself.

The fact that you have a '2' at the start and end of the number may be indicative of another person.

Try to apply this knowledge to the context of the dreams.

It could be a month and a year. Or the number of a house you are going to buy? I don't know but it is significant somehow. The number that always comes in my dreams is 13 and it comes up in my life alot. Like if I am checking in a hotel, I always get room 113 or 2113 or if I am going camping, my camping site is 13 or if I have to pick an aisle and only one is open, it is 13. I was married on th 13th and my first house was 11327. I was 27 when I bought it. 1st house, 27 and number 13. So, I don't know the significance, but I'm sure your number, like mine, has some significance.

Do you have other significant numbers in your life? This number may be some where else in your life past, present, or future. Or numbers can have a meaning, ie. 6 is known as the number of man, but I am not sure what 2 means.
I wonder what this number means to you, there in lies the answer. For instance I have recurring dreams with frogs in them. Frogs to me mean something much different than to the average person because I had frogs as pets.
Also what is the spirit of this dream? Is it dark, questioning, happy? The meaning may be tied to these aspects also.
I wish I had a clear answer but hopefully these observations will lead you to the truth.

You probably come aross some place that is assoicated with that number and that went into your subconscious mind.

However, if there is a meaning, it just means perfect

2 +2 +6 = 10

You wants everything to be perfect, so you project a bunch of numbers that will add up to be perfect 10. However, you have to strive for perfection like practice or trying to figure it out. That reflects how you are dealing with life as well.

I could be wrong, but that is how I see from your dream!

262 is 100 plus 162. 100 is to 162 as 62 is to 100 (approximately). This is called the golden ratio.

If you add the numbers up they come to 10 which gives a purfect score. So possible your luck is to change and you will either find that purfect person or item which you have been looking for. Is there something you have been hoping for to happen?

Possibly its something your sub conscience is worried about. Is 262 part of your phone number, your license plate, your address, something like that?
