Sure, just not be directly in charge of men or be allowed to cry harrassment because their feelings are hurt.
I have worked fulltime in small organizations alongside women and never had a problem. Now i work part time for a Large Corp. with women above and next to me and never have i seen so many sexual harrassment suits come and go. Luckily for some of the guys nobobdy was fired because there are no charges in 90% of them. They were mostly for feelings hurt over blunt words.
But it sticks on their record.
The U.S.A. is a prime example of "women in the workplace gone wild"

Why shouldn't we? We have things we want to buy and families to support to. If women didn't work there would be alot of jobs undone. Women make up about 2/3 of the working world. Reality is that there just aren't enough men to cover all the jobs in the world... and even if there were, if women want to work why shouldn't we be able to.

Women have been "working" since the beginning of time...what is the oldest profession...anyone?
I don't know what exactly you're trying to get at...are you worried that women aren't making the choice to stay home and be a mother...are you going through something yourself?
No person should be denied that chance to better themselves or their living environment...men and women both.

Yes--BUT--children need their mothers at home if possible. Sometimes due to financial reasons a woman needs to work outside the home, and I understand that.
But the children are better off with Mom at home. I'm not saying you shouldn't allow Mom to work, it's just that Mom needs to consider her children's needs, especially if she doesn't *have* to work.
