First, try to find out what number they are dialing. If it is yours, changing your number may be the only thing you can do. If it is not, contact the phone company with both your number and the number people are trying to reach. The may be able to correct the problem without changing your number.

Tell them yes and let them know that a new policy will allow them a 50% discount on their Bill if they send it in cash to your personal address.

After all they called you. They must believe you are the phone company - I want 10%.
