I'd say Canada for the practical reason that they also (mostly) speak English. They'd have no reason to want to do it, though. Mexico would probably go for it. But, really, we've got more than enough of North America, and I don't think we should be thinking about taking on more.

Canada -- more room to expand -- and for the most part, they speak English. Maybe we could only merge with the English speaking parts of Canada. But they would have to convert to our money and measurement systems!

Canada - most of the Mexicans live here already and most of our large businesses have already closed here in the states and set up shop in Mexico. Besides, I like the Canadians, they're quiet and don't get too involved with other world affairs. (I said "too" involved.)

Mexico...The people are nicer. The food is awesome. The girls are prettier. and the land is fruit full.Plus Mexico has a few exotic places worth visiting. Canada has..............?? hmmmm. Rude Canadians.
