What size are you?

Question

I'm a size 4 in "juniors" clothes (like pants or dresses), a small in tops, a 32B in bras.

Except for at stores where all the clothes are made really really small so you have to buy a bigger size and feel bad about yourself! I hate that.

Also, are you happy with your size(s)?

People, I am not saying anything about myself, or trying "to brag", I think I could stand to lose some weight, nor did I insult anyone in this question, nor am I forcing you to answer...so if you have a problem with the question, than just move onto another, rather than leaving a negative answer or comment for no reason other than your own insecurity.defensiveness/anger.

FYI I'm 20 years old. And to all the people who are saying its a vain question, read the other responses, because there are lots of people on here who are proud of their sizes for double 00 to 22 or from 32A to 40DD or whatever...so I'm not condemning ANYONES size. And for the record, thank God Marilyn Monroe was a size 14, because thats what made her so damn sexy.

Grow up and get over it, people, if you have a problem with the question.

(Oh, and the juniors sizes I wear are in even numbers most of the time, or if odd, a size 5...where do they not have juniors sizes in even numbers?)

Well, I have clothes (bottoms) that fit well that range in size from a 4 to an 11. I'm normally about a 6-8 depending on the brand. I'm not fat at all, and I have learned that if it fits, it looks good, no matter what the tag says. I can tear it out if I don't like it.

Juniors are sized in odd numbers and misses are sized in even numbers and usually run bigger. So if you wear a 4, it is misses, and you probably will wear a 5 to 7 in juniors. Juniors is made for people with smaller frames, good luck to those of us who wear "long" pants!

Be glad you didn't live in the 50's, when they say Marilyn Monroe wore a size 12-16, well, she did then, and that would be about a 4-6 now.

(And I do not pray to God to be Chichi's size...I have hips like a real woman, don't carry a lot of fat, and not sure my skeleton would fit in size 0 jeans!)

P.S. I personally think it's GREAT, and not vain, to hear so many girls of different sizes say they're happy with themselves. That is beautiful!

What kind of question is this, Everyone is different. I happen to be an 11-13 in the Juniors section at places like Kohls and stuff, but that really isn't any of your business. Anyway, Nobody cares that you are really petite and small, personally I like the size I am.

Ugh no! I hate my size! I am a size 7 in jeans. A large in tops. And a 34 A. I am 5' 7". Everyone on here is like a size 0 and that makes me hate my size. I feel like a whale now!

No, I'm not happy with my size, though I've dropped 2 sizes in the past 3 months. I'm a size 18 top, 20 bottom.

The manufacturing companies are pretty inconsistent with their sizing...I have pants that range from sizes 4-9 and they all fit. I recently lost weight and have found that it is hard to find smaller sizes..the most frustrating thing in the world to me is the closet full of clothes that i have to go get altered cuz they are falling off of me...

When I was younger in my school going days, I used to be a lot less heavy in appearance, and even then people called me big boned! That's just a polite way of telling someone they're fat.
Truth is, I'm never gonna be that skinny girl society wants me to be and y'know what? That's OK because I've made my peace with my body.
It has served me well and functions properly and gets what it needs to get done. Every inch, every curve are mine and heck I'm proud of it=)

My average size right now is 16. I'm happy and not at the same time. I'm happy because a year ago I was in a size 22. I'm not happy because I'm not yet to my goal weight. As for bra size, I settle for 40DDD and I desperately want a breast reduction!!!

first of all i agree with you about that small clothes stores thing. GRRR. but aside from that i wear a size 12 in jeans, a med-large in shirts and a 36D in bras. im fine with the bra size, but i would like to always be able to wear a medium always in shirts and at last a 10 in jeans. btw im 14 so fitting in with the crowd at school isnt always easy because of my build. im working on it though. i guess its just something i'll have to deal with in the meantime.
