Honestly, Target seems to have some really nice and good quality bags for not a lot of money.
If you're looking for a name brand such as Nine West, ebay is good because you can get them brand new for a fraction of the price.

Try TJ Maxx pretty much Designer brands for usually under 50 dollars.

walmart or target. target is the best though. they have a larger selection and reallly good prices.
