You know sometimes I wonder if the people answering these questions have ever been pregnant themselves.
The tiredness, running outta breath, heartburn, & tight stomach are all symptoms of pregnancy. And yes some people can experience them very early in their pregnancy. Everyone's pregnancies are different. The first symptom I had with my first child was that I noticed that my stomach was hard, before I even missed my period. The things that worry me though are the shooting pains in your back & it hurting you really bad to lay on your stomach. Yes, it will get uncomfortable to lay on your tummy but it shouldn't already hurt you that bad. But, like I said everyone's experience is different. I do suggest you get a test on your way home from work, but have you missed a period? It may be too early for a home test to be accurate. Sounds like you should go to the doc as soon as you can. Good luck, hope everything is well.

No you do not have the symptoms of early pregnancy.
When you are that early in a pregnancy, the fetus is no bigger than a very small poopie. You are not going to show or have shortness of breath and pains like you are describing for months if you are pregnant. You get heartburn when the baby is big enough to push your stomach up into your chest You probably are just nervous about the possiblity of early pregnancy. .
You do become extremely fatigued when you are in the 1st weeks of pregnancy.

You haven't mentioned the classic signs of pregnancy like swollen, tender breasts and dark nipples. Those are the very first signs of pregnancy. You also didn't mention missing a period.
It sounds more like you are having stomach issues. Constantly needing tums for your heartburn is a clue that it is time to go see the doctor and get your stomach checked out. You could have something as simple as acid reflux going on, or something serious that needs immediate attention. Either way, it isn't worth taking a chance with your health, is it?

Those do not sound like early sign of pregnancy, most of those things happen when you are much further along than 1 or 2 months. Take a pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy, but you really should see a dr. about your abdominal pains and bolating. It could be the start of something serious.

Other symptoms include bright yellow pee (I know it sounds icky, but it's true!), bright blue veins showing up on your breasts along with them getting very sore, and yes, your lower stomach right above your pelvic bone would become very hard. I don't know about the running out of breath or the shooting pain in your belly, but these are signs. Unfortunately, though, a lot of the pregnancy symptoms also arrise when you are about to start your period!

Sounds like Irritable Bowel Syndrome. (IBS) Many people with IBS also have GERD, or acid reflux. Once you rule out pregnancy, see your Doc and have an evaluation done. There are new drugs available for IBS, but you can not take them if you are pregnant. Also, you shouldn't be on the computer with personal business while you're at work. That is called stealing from your employer.

You really need to see a doctor. The only symptom that you mentioned that sounds like pregnancy is the tiredness. You should not have any of the other symptoms this early. You need to be checked to see if you have a cyst or something.

Yes. Fatigue is a big part of early of pregnancy which include the tiredness and wanting to sleep a lot. Also, have you been having a lot of headaches? That is also an early sign of pregnancy. Good luck.
