Hopefully not. The last thing I want to see is the U.S. turn the whole island into Guantanamo bay. The days of colonialism are over and the last thing Cuba needs is a foreign dictator with the brain of a child. When it comes to intellect, Georgedubya couldn't even shine Castro's shoes. The only reason America has always wanted to depose castro has nothing to do with communism. They simply wanted to expand their military base there. America does not deserve Cuba!

I don't think it will be in America's interest to make another state. 50 is the magic number. And we can only make states to claimed territories. The only country that has ever held Cuba was Spain, and they have long gone. Cuba, will be free one day but for now, when Castro falls, I believe the people will try their utmost best to install democracy.

Sure right after Canada suceeds from montreal and joins us as the 51st state... those damn french canadians - Actuallly your question is quite interesting at first I wanted to discount this but as Cuba was at one time controlled by american capitlism, enterprises, until the commies took over... and then George Walker Bush F'd up the Bay of Pigs... we'll have to wait and see - but remeber even guatamano bay - USMC CAmp - er the "terroist Prison block" is considered OCONUS - and not part of the US - How else could we torture people for three years by foregoing int. law

I don't think so and i don't think that would be the best idea.

The US is not the Owner of the world.

I hope the situation in Cuba gets better is Castro dies.

No, Castro didn't work alone. There are a lot of "Vice-Castros" waiting to take his place.

When Castro fell did he say, "I've fallen and I can't get up!"
