I don't know about best news but there are few out there that have really current info about movies:

for trailers: www.themoviebox.net
for news: www.aintitcool.com
for a little bit of both: www.comingsoon.net
for reviews: www.rottentomatoes.com (altho it's really critic reviews which aren't all that great)

A subscription to hollywood reporter, or variety will keep you up to date, or try subscribing to imdb pro.
