star trek deep space nine question?

Question

There was a episode were the crew of DS9 were in the 50's and were a science fiction writers.My question I've figured out all of the caracters but one.The person who was the drawing all the illistrations for the book does any one know

That role was played by J.G. Hertzler, who played General (later Chancellor) Martok in the main storyline. If you listen to the voice only, it should be a dead give-away.
