Yes, I do. In fact I've been doing a great deal of research on the subject as of late. You'd be surprised how much is truly out there on them. Perhaps one day you and I could discuss this topic. I've never encountered one, but I know a few who try to invoke them. Well maybe that's a bit of an exaggeration. I know acouple of witches. Whether they try to invoke evil or good spirits is a mystery to me. I guess the reason I've been doing so much research on them is because I hate the idea that something can attack me and there's nothing I could do to fight back. I have, in my research, found a few interesting things that may suggest possible defenses. Unfortunately there are different types of demons and therefore not all of them are suceptible to the same defenses. Anyway, my address is big_dog832001@yahoo.com. Let me know if you ever want to chat about this topic. I'd be interested to see what you have learned about this subject as well as what I could learn from you.

have seen a few people with demonic possesion - if you mess with the occult you open doors and give permission to demons to interfere with your life. Sure the witches here and pagans will say how new age and lovely it is etc. And I believe many are nice people - but even nice people can make mistakes and even nice people can get possesed or molested by dabbling with the occult and witch craft regardless if it is white magik or black magick. While it may not be as bad as those who directly invoke demons or the devil himself it still has elements of invoking the powers of nature and elementeral spirits and such. Trust me from personal experience be wary.
Only Jesus Christ is the Way the Truth and the Life. Try a good Catholic Church with a holy priest - look around they are still about! And yes as a number of good protestants have mentioned it is very clearly written in the bible it is dangerous to mess with the occult!
As for Christians killing witches etc. unfortunately some christians did go over the top yet at the same time if you look at the ancient aztecs, mayas and many other ancient religions and ancients witches and druids they had no problem about sacrificing not hundreds but thousands of people in honor of their spirits and gods and effigies and sacrifices - And I am sure most of them would not consider themselves as Satanist either.
I have met witches in the past and some of them as people come across as nice and pleasant but they are often very anti-established religion and often anti-Jesus unless Jesus is depicted as a Andy Pandy new age enlightened prophet man...
I hope this helps a little.
Jesus Loves you ask him to show you!
For a book on the subject and a former witch who was very high up check:
Title: FROM WITCHCRAFT TO CHRIST - IRVINE DOREEN
Code/ISBN: 0854765077
Publisher: KINGSWAY BOOKS
Description: The sensational true story of a woman rescued from Satan's grasp by the power of God
From prostitution, heroin and witchcraft to a life of joy and release in Christ, this classic Christian testimony is as relevant today as when it was first published. Doreen's experience may be extreme, yet it still offers hope… especially to those who consider purity to be a lost ideal, or who believe themselves to be beyond forgiveness and hope.

The Bible speaks of Demonic entities but warns against people who claim to be able to see them or communicate with them. So, yes, I believe the statement to a point. I think most of the time we create our own "demons".

"Demons" as you term them, are actually "Earth Spirits". They have been around LONG before the Judeo-Christian concept of religion was born; since the creation of the world. You are correct in that they have never been human. They are intensely curious about BEING human. And they DEFINITELY do not have human sensibilities about right and wrong. Those concepts are meaningless to them. They enjoy interacting with humanity on occassion. Sometimes as "Demons. Sometimes they do it as "Angels." Depends on the mood they are in at the time. They can read minds, as they are beings of energy anyway. it is easy for them to play on your deepest fears, or your cherished faith. Do they follow a particular religious denomination? No. They'll make use of whatever they find in your head. It's an amusement to them. But they're NOT religiously motivated. :) Sorry. If you THINK that, they will USE it. That's all.

People can make demons exist by believing that they do. The power of belief and suggestion are great. If you don't believe in demons, they won't exist. I like the definition of "demons" as personal challenges you face in life. . . your personal demons. Believing in demons as separate evil entities from yourself can be one of your demons.

I believe in Demons, but not in the same definition as you. I believe there are humans who are so dependent on making others life misery that they psychically suck the joy from others. This can and does lead to physical problems and mental ones too. It has happened to me.

Thou art truly mistaken if thee dost believe that which ye have written.
Evil cannot function without some Good within to make reference to for deeds done and vise versa.
Daemons be not of satan! They be of Elohiym! Ye do not understand, Elohiym hast set aside these beings for thine judgment. They shalt feast upon the souls of those who remain in the Darkness soon to come.

Yes, and yes. Daemon are mainly harlmess tricksters, but some can cause real problems if working against you in armies, or if you should be unlucky enough to encounter an arch-demon.
I've dealt with many, I've sent many away, banished many, and completely obliterated many.
There is nothing UNreal about them.

I just wonder how people know so much about demons although they have never seen one or meet someone that has seen and interacted with one. Funny how they firmly believe it.
On the other hand, they might exist, but not on earth sweetie, do you think God would alow those entities to roam around his children? I think not.....
