If you have R134 then take yourself to Walmart and buy a recharge kit... it will be cheaper and once you have the gauges you can continue to recharge your system for cheap. Kit with gauges runs around $40. If you have the old freon, then you might just have to take it in..... but call around before you decide where to go.

Take it to an AC shop. They will vacuum extract the system, add the proper oil and charge it with freon. It should be less than 100. Or you could go the Walmart / autozone route and buy a can of Artic Air and fill it yourself for about 22 dollars.

yes , your car is running the R134a system in your car . it was all changed back in 92 . certain hondas do have a retrofit when you can run R134a rather then R12 ( not good for ozone ).

bring it to me I can take care of it, 134 is about 13 bucks a can and it takes 2 1/2 lbs to fill your unit, but first we need to check for leaks, that usually is just an o ring that went dry..........

No one knows where you are at in this great big country love. Look up some shops in your area and talk to them, unless you have a crystal ball. :-)
