After my experience, walking fast is the best thing to do. I am 50 years old, 5,6 ft and I have kept my weight at 110 pounds all my life that way. Walking is fun, doesn´t make you as hungry as other excercises and makes your metabolism work faster.

Not really. Alot of them are harder and they make you look better though.
