How do i tell if my cpu is ****ed up? Are there any marks on the small chip? Or you can't tell at all?

Unless it is electrically shocked or overheated with scorch marks it is very hard to tell. Your computer won't start and finding the cause can be difficult if it is truly the CPU. This would prevent the fan from running properly, problems with the motherboard, HD not starting and troubleshooting other possible causes can't be done if it won't start.

well if a cpu is fired if your turn it over there should be burning on the bottom of the chip.
if there is no very hard to figure out whats when wrong with it..

cpu's rarely just give out, unless due to excessive heat. take all ram out and start pc, if it beeps, your ok

when u turned ur pc on and it says "ERROR" dat means ur cpu is fcuked up dude!
