Sexual activity is almost always legal in the US, but there are a few exceptions:
1) Sex with a minor is always illegal, though who counts as a minor varies from state to state, and there are exceptions if both people are very close to the same age (e.g. 19 year old and 17 year old are probably okay).
2) Paying for sex is illegal in most jurisdictions (Las Vegas being the most notable exception).
3) Sodomy is technically illegal in a few jurisdictions, but anti-sodomy laws are generally overturnable in a court of law if anyone bothers to try.
4) Sex in public places is not generally illegal as such but will generally rate an indecent exposure or public nudity charge.
5) Non-consensual sex is always illegal and generally a felony-level charge.
Other than that you can basically do whatever you want. Note that adultery is *not* illegal in any jurisdiction of which I am aware.

Most of the people in Asia have this misconception? I don't know about that; I'd say that's not the case.
In America, we can return things and get a full refund. Many other Countries are not like this. The problem is that this doesn't work with Marriage. So it's implied that we get to try it before we buy it.. or commit to it.
Either way... no. It's not illegal - not on a Federal level anyway.
You do have to remember that the USA is made up of thousands of smaller cities and each city and each county and each state also has it's own rules - many of times conflicting with one-another all the way up to the Federal level.
Asking if anything is illegal in the USA is somewhat of a broad question. Just like saying is yada yada yada illegal in Asia. Asia is not just one country - lots of people, lots of rules, lots of differences. Same with the USA.

No. Both people must either be under the age of 18 or both over the age of 18. Sex between an adult and a minor is illegal. Sodomy is illegal in some states.

It is not illegal to have premarital sex in the USA. I would be in jail if it was. Many religions frown upon it but it is not illegal.

No, it's not "illegal" you can't get "arrested for it", unless of course you are under a certain age (and it varies depending on where you live) and someone who is older (and of legal age for consent) are having sex...then it's considered statuatory rape and punishable in a court of law.

No laws against it as long as both are consinting adults...However some Same sex in some places can be illegal if your caught doing the dirty deed...

no ,not in any country because sex happens allways behind the doors , unless it is foreced ..well in that it is called rape. Premarital sex is of personal choice. can any body say dont breath ? it is that simple .it is ur choice .
