This question appears to be a grosse attempt at gay bashing and I should probably have my account banished for gracing it with an answer but I'm so appalled at the thought I feel the need to speak up and say that no parent worthy of the blessing of having a child would want to give a child away for this kind of reason.
If you are a pervert just looking for a forum to spout off - go find a gay bashing blog that will tolerate your opinion. If you are a parent that is seriously asking this question - go find an adoption agency now so your child can have a caregiver who actually gives a D#@# and has a chance of a healthy life.
No legal document can change the biological fact that a parent gave birth to or fathered a child. But if you cannot or do not want to care for a child, adoption is an option. If the child is over 18 - the child is legally responsible for his/herself and its not a legal matter - just a scarring emotional one for both of you.

Yes, you can go to any hospital or police station and give up an unwanted child, how you could possibly know a child is gay is beyond me but, if you don't love a child you shouldn't raise it.
You should probably seek council ling, especially if you are referring to a child of 15 or older, because your attitude will ultimately only further the hate and resentment in this world.

No,,,Thank God...Try understanding your child. Gay is not a choice it's a condition you are born with. It was your genetics that helped them get there so stop being an *** and love your child.
I cannot imagine the pain your child is going through knowing that a parent does not want them due to a condition they have no control over. If your child was born with cerebral palsy I suppose you would drop it off somewhere because it was more trouble than well child.

But why would you want to get shot of it? Just think, If it's a girl the way things are in the US you wouldn't have to fork out for a wedding, and if it's a boy then you'd could have him decorate your place tastefully and, after your wife leaves you he could give you the dress sense you need to pull some decent looking chicks.
Don't look to the negative (as you see it) when there are so many positives to be had, even by your warped standards.

There should be, as you aren't fit to be a parent. Do you think there should also be a place to give away retarded children, crippled children, deformed children, mentally ill children?
You made this child. Give it the best start in life that you can. That is your duty as a human being (or in your case, a sub-human).

The streets. And it happens every day. Parents who are single minded and unmoved, send their children out either forcibly, or through their contempt.
These are the children who end up in prostitution, drugs and crime because they have little or no choice. In larger communities there are agencies who try to help, like the Night Ministries in Chicago, but in general, these are teens who have been given up to the world, and it is sad.

This can't be a serious question. As a parent you are supposed to love your child unconditionally. Just because they are gay, they don't deserve to be sent away.
Your child didn't choose to be gay, just like they didn't choose to be your child.
Grow up and act like an adult.

Try your local Division of Children and Family Services.
Actually don't bother - I am going to search your ip address and call your local office and let them know you are having doubts about raising your child. They should be there in a few days.
