Blazing Saddles; Mel Brooks at this directing best. Very campy movie but right on the mark for a lot of issue from the 70's. I loved it when it first came out; my 22-year old son watched it with me a couple of years ago, and lauged till he cried.

It's hard to say, but here are few good ones: Monty Python's "Search for the Holy Grail" was hysterical, and "Groundhog Day" was really funny too (in a quieter way). I'm also a big fan of Charlie Chaplin films as well as the early Pink Panther films with Peter Sellers.

I agree with "Monty Python and the Holy Grail".

Other favorite: "Top Secret". The exploding Pinto and the East German national anthem had me in stitches.

My spouse would probably say "There's something about Mary".

Anything by Kevin Smith ("Clerks", "Mallrats", "Chasing Amy", "Dogma", "Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back" and "Clerks II").

He's a Jersey Boy . . . I'm a Jersey Boy, and his "characters" are soooooooo Jersey, that - if you're from Jersey - you can relate to any and all of the characters.
