He got what he deserved by his over aggressive driving style(WINS),,,,,but to ask a question asking if he got what he deserved on that day at Daytona,,, HELL NO,,,no matter how you feel about the guy,,he did not deserve to be killed!

I answer this question because, even though I am a Formula 1 fan, I heard that Earnhardt sr. was a very good driver. And that reminds me of a Formula 1 driver that shook hands with glory, but he was ripped from this world in a horrible instant.
