Actually, I am afraid it would simply mean that there would be a lot more teens on the road without a license.
And forcing a teen to just 'show up' at school doesn't really accomplish much if he/she is rebellious about being there.
However, I can't come up with a better idea at the moment so I bow to those of greater wisdom than mine. Hope it works.

Good idea because out of alll these kids dropping out of school that should be a law here in Richmond,Va so that they will think before they decide what they are going 2 do.

i think that is a good idea it will keep them from droping out of school and the law in our state is if u drop out of school b4 u get ur licenses then u cant get it till u turn 18

what does school have to do with driving.it wont matter because when they r old enough 2 get there lisence they will get them.if they want to drop out let them.

yes indeed;.... get those kids streightened out since their parents are too stupid to do it... they should go to jail too... and get punuished heavily by the extent of the law...
