2 steps and ur problem is solved.

Firstly, visit http://www.microsoft.com/security/malwar... and run Malacious Software Removal tool.

Secondly, visit http://safety.live.com (Microsoft's online scanner for viruses, spywares, trojans etc.) and run a "Full Service Scan".

That's it!! Go for it!!

hi, perhaps you can try norton or Macfee, or spyware doctore to remove the virus, these three software all need a fee to use..

i also recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar. firefox cannot remove the virus, but it can disable this spyware to run, because the virus can only run on IE.

besides, firefox can block any any poppus and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE. as you know, most of the virus is spread throught internet and webpage.

firefox is much smaller than IE, so i run faster than IE.

download firefox for free:

ok, reboot your machine and press F8 to get the " safe mode ". then turn off system restore (by right-clicking on " my computer " then "properties", then "system restore", and then check "turn off system restore" (it's better to turn off system restore so the virus won't repeat its self in the computer, that way, your anti-virus will never get rid of it. after that, scan your computer with your anti-virus (make sure it's updated), then after the scan and remove of the virus, you can turn on system restore, by unchecking the "turn off system restore" check box. if you don't have an anti-virus, go to www.majorgeeks.com (or any software website) and download it.

good luck.
