If I wanted my picture to be 5x7 inches, what are the measuremeants in pixels? thanks.

are you trying to print it? If you are it still depends on your dpi, if your dpi is 100, then you need the picture to be 500px by 700 px, if your dpi is 200 then it needs to be 1000px by 1400px, etc.

Just to add to John's answer.
If you are printing it with your printer at home it needs to be 200dpi for it to look good. So 1000 pixels by 1400 px.
If you are sending it to a photo place to get developed then you'll want to send it at 300dpi. Which will be 1500px X 2100px.
And finally if you just want it on a website or on screen you'll want between 72dpi and 100dpi. So 360px X 504px or bigger.
