Do the people who point out the obvious in their answers make you wanna go postal?

You know who I mean. The people who answer a pro wrestling question with "Wrestling is fake."

Or the people who answer a question about Bush with "You don't like Bush because you're liberal."

People who make obvious statements like they are saying something wise and original are my biggest pet peeve.

But consider this, that some one asking the question may not be "main stream" and may be entirely uninformed about what they are asking, so that those who are stating what you would consider "lame" maybe something new of a twist to them, that are not in the "know"...

Just because you are so "informed" doesnt mean everyone else is!

I am suprised at a lot of questions, that I know the answers to, and am suprised how uninformed so many people really ARE!

Things I learned as a child from my Dad, and are everyday knowledge to me, some just havent a clue about and I used to really make a guy mad at work, because I would "give him the eye", because it was so simple to me, (knowing the answer), and he would get mad because He didnt know the answer and thought I was actually looking "down" on him when I was totally suprised that "he" didnt know what I knew!

To me, I am about the dumbest stump in the woods, and I figure if "I" know it, then EVERYONE should know it! I guess I was wrong about that, looking at all these questions and answers, because when I answer a lot of questions that have a lot of answers to, I find it remarkable that people actually pick my answer as the "best", because I go into dept more about an answer and give details that others forget or overlook, thinking that they should already know it too....

They answer questions like they are talking to somebody that has been living under a rock their whole lives.

I love your example of wrestling is fake. I knew that **** in the first year back in 1981 when I was 7!

I still watch it today because its the most diverse (not sport) ever!

They are jealous of vince Mcmahon, the billionaire that can kick any other billionaires *** in the ring.

Wrestling is fake? Noooooooooooooooooooooooooo! It can't be. People who go postal should be stamped out. You are obviously someone who doesn't like people who have a flair for the obvious. It is just so obvious to me.

Obvious answers and because God said that's why are the answers that drive me insane...
although I have to say in sticking with the quoting of the obvious theme that "No, Cecil is not to sexy for that box" (well maybe if the lid was closed!)

I haven't found anything on YA enough to go postal over, although the horrific grammar and punctuation are as close as anything to doing so.

To answer your question - no. They don't make me wanna go postal. I do however find it highly annoying. They clearly want to "make their point" and have no interest in answering the question asked.

I'd say because if they don't put it in their own answer...someone else thinks they should chime in and point out the obvious anyway, so they are keeping two steps ahead...

I definitely agree, how snotty can a person be? When you want an answer and people send u stuff and get your hopes up for that answer, Then not answer the question it really steams me. How rood are they! :(
