On copy data of word file & pasting into .xls file everything use to get copied in 1st Column only & total format get collapse. Is there any such way out for the same. I am ready to even purchase a software, if available.

MS Word and MS Excel are entirely different applications. Copy from excel spreadsheet and pasting it into a word document is possible but i definitely don think the vice versa is possible as in excel when you try to copy the contents from doc to the spreadsheet, it gets copied only in a cell.

Try using the 'text to columns' function from the 'data' drop-down menu at the top of Excel. It can sometimes be a little complicated, but I hope this helps.
