Yes, they do.
However, I wouldn't be to concerned.
You can tell when G.W. is being effective, the liberals start to whine.
It is a disingenuous argument, and ,yes, very pathetic.
I just try to sit back and enjoy the whine, it is the sound of..VICTORY. ( a obscure reference to the movie "Apocalypse now")

Bush the self proclaimed decider makes his own decisions , Bush is responsible for the decisions he makes as all of us are in our daily lives. When we make a mistake liberal or democrat we pay a price , should he be excluded because he is president ? He is an elected public servant and his job is to perform the job in an ethical manner which does serve the public interests. It isn't all about his personal interests. I'm willing to give him credit when it is due such as the Medicare prescription drug plan and I think that is a good thing . But I have to be honest about it , I would choose just about any other Republican over Bush . I don't feel I'm alone , his approval rating is around 39% at best . He has had ample time to give us a look at his capabilities . I think he is tremendously unqualified for the job really. How on this green earth could someone choose domestic surveillance of the American people and propose to be doing it for our own good ? And then say it would be a good thing to sell our seaports to the Arabs ? The country has the biggest deficit we have ever had , we have lost nearly as many in Iraq as we did in the world trade center bombings and things continue without improvement . All the blame doesn't rest on him , but he has chosen his advisors that surround him and has received much poor advice . His own father had sense enough to send a half million men to get the Iraqi army out of Kuwait and didn't go into Baghdad , Bush jr. sends in a little more than a fourth of the amount to do what his father thought wouldn't be a good idea and to top that off it was to take control of the whole country .. I've left out the weapons of mass destruction thing purposely because none were found at least as they stated before going to war with Iraq. So if bush is a scapegoat for us in your opinion , it is a title he has earned , it didn't just randomly happen . I remember how well things were under the Clinton Administration and he was vilified for the Lewinsky thing. That so pales in comparison to what Bush has done to this country I won't even go there.

Well, it isn't fair to generalize the left as always lazy and using Bush as a scapegoat. While there are some (read: many) who use him as such, there are those who realize that Bush didn't make every problem that's come up in his presidency any more than Hoover was responsbile for the Great Depression. Most of the times it's how he handles these crises that gets my eyebrow raising, but I'm not going to laundry-list anyone with his problems and how it's ALL HIS FAULT that America is how it is. The nation is its own bed, and now we all have to lay in it.
Unfortunately, some people think a nation is made and broken by one man. If this were true, we'd be a monarchy... And honestly, I think we'd notice if we had an ACTUAL monarchy.

No, George W. Bush is a sign of a problem - he is not the
problem. Indeed, I really don't think he has good control
of his administration.
If I wanted to associated a person to blame, it would probably
be Dick Cheney or Karl Rove - however, for better or worse,
we have what our administration (whoever is running it) is
doing right now. Yes, we collectively refer to that as "Bush" or
sometimes "W".
There's a lot of pretty nasty other stuff going on that may
or may not be related to "W" and his activities (Tom Delay's
alleged corruption, Duke's alleged corruption, etc) that give
rise to the very possible belief in a conservative conspiracy,
perhaps with Jack Abramhoff at its center - or more likely
as its middle man.
Or maybe the appearance of conspiracy on the right is
just the effect of ineptness on the left.
Never-the-less, he is President and he is presiding over
some of the worst idiocy of that position in our country since
it began.
Truthfully - W standing up in front of Congress and stating that
he NEW that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction and the
resulting carnage killing at least 40000 people - was a lie
in a congressional function making it perjury.
How can Clinton's lying about his sex life compare to that
in terms of injurious to the country?
Can you really blame us? Why isn't the House looking to
impeach him?
Because the house is primarily Republican right now.
Can you imagine how conspired against we might feel?

It's just politics,I know some Conservatives that blame everything wrong under the sun on Liberals..... It will never end, the blame game. The next president, DEm or Rep, will also be blamed for all that is wrong and not get credit except from thier own party...it will always be this way. Now, go vote! ;-)

Yes, they offer no alternatives. Have no clear policy. All they do is complain and blame everything on Conservatives and Republicans. But that's what they've been doing for the last 40 years. It worked for a long time. I think they still believe that demonetization and negativism is the way to win. And that's all they are interested in, winning and having power. They are clearly not interested in the good of this country and it's people.
Liberals think of themselves as the elite and the rest of us as peons. They want to change this country in to a totalitarian state, where they are the aristocracy and the rest of us are the serfs.

Quite right. Most of the idiots on here scream garbage about Bush being Hitler. These are the same idiots that say Clinton was never impeached, or that Bush stole an election, or that there is a clause in the Constitution about seperation of church and state.
I don't know how many are ignorant, and how many blind themselves to the truth with their irrational rage. Whatever the reason, it is sad to see such childish behavior.

It is easy to use any person in power as a scapegoat.
No matter what your opinion is of the president - it is a position of tremendous responsibity. When things go right, people love you and when things go wrong people hate you.
Given that at any given time something can be perceived as going wrong - people usually have some reason to hate the president - no matter who is in that position.
If you are liberal you blame the conservatives and if you are conservative you blame the liberals. If you are a middle of the road independent you blame everyone.
That's just how politics work.

I will continue to point out the short comings and errors of every politician on this planet. I want everyone accountable for their actions. I don't pull punches and I always look for the truth. If you do not hold you Administrations feet to the fire who will. Bill Clinton was a scum bag too, but I think he is more equipped to be President then this guy, much smarter that for sure. Demand the best from your President because that what you deserve. Treat him no different then you would an employee because he is working for you, off your dime, and vote.

Bush is an easy target because he is such an illiterate and ignorant fool. If you want to blame someone, blame those who are holding the strings of the Dubya puppet, i.e. George Bush Sr.. They are all war-mongering capitalists with their only interest being the lining of their already fat wallets at the expense of every American and foreigner alike - they don't care one bit about you Americans other than at election time, they need to look good so you'll vote for them.
The same goes for 99.9% of politicians.
Toodles.
