I live by myself and use the tv for background noise (I came from a loud family). I even have it on when I do all of my studying (I am a grad student). So I say that I have it on for 8 hours a day. I am actually paying attention to the tv for about 1 hour a day.

zero.... I used to watch like 3 hours a day until no TV month I had in 6th grade, and I still don't watch TV, and that was years and years ago.
I watch maybe 1/2-1 hour every week or two.

At least an hour while I walk on the treadmill, and usually more than that. Probably average of 2 hours a day.

During the summer... ---ZERO----
I enjoy being out doing stuff in the yard or
walking in the woods enjoying Gods nature.
In the winter and spring I do watch Navy NCIS, Miami CSI (NY CSI sucks)

I watch tv from 11:30am in the morning to 11:30pm at night 24/7! i know it's alot but it's to hot out to go out and i don't like to play...
im not fat! im pretty hot for my body:):)
