Tell her age must be hitting her quick she's starting to sag a little she will get the hint and probrably wear a bra

Be honest "sis, you're breasts aren't as perky as they used to be. A bra would really look better." and then leave it at that...she'll wear one or not as she desires...I've 60+ yr old cousin that hates them and hasn't worn one in years (and you can tell)...it's her option, she doesn't care how it looks nor what other people think...she finds them uncomfortable (she's quite heavy) so goes without...
To each their own...they are only breasts...

You don't even if her breast hang to the ground, their her breasts.I really believe this is her personal choice. I understand this might be embarrassing for you. But you need to seperate you from her.. She isnt hurting anyone by going with out a bra..Its your issues.. Love her for who she is, if not then just choose not be around her but its very hurtful to her to not accept who she is..

Just talk to her, you are her sister, I think she will listen. The only other way is to have your mom or her husband talk to her but she will probably like it better coming from you. Other than that just buy her one and say "here, you need this." LOL good luck.
