I would wish that I had a car that is safe to drive that way I can go to my after aorta valve replacement surgery heart therapy without hurting someone else and myself when the poor ole dear falls apart going down the road. By going to the heart therapy I can get strong enough to go back to work with helping others.

I would wish...That I always had enough!
That way, I could give out tons to the poor, and always have enough left over for other things and more poor people and those who happen to be in need at the moment and not poor.
Always enough to do the things I need to do to help some one. Always enough to give to my Church, to keep them in what ever they will need, to do the LORD's service...
Thats what I would want... To, "always have enough".
