If you are going to have sex it's very good to use a condom.However,it's very young and you should better reconsider.Is there no responsible adult in your life that you trust?It would be a good idea to talk to someone like that.
That being sad,if you choose to have sex use a condom.

When you are 13 and 14 I dont think you are old enough to understand what it is you are getting yourself into. And if you got pregnant, which still could happen with a condom, your childhood would be taken away from you. Sex is something that should be shared between a comitted couple who understand the consequenses and have the means to take care of a child.

I applaud the fact that you understand the need to practice safe sex at any age but I do feel that 13 or 14 years old is too young. You will enjoy it more and be more ready for it if you wait a bit longer.

Unless she/he is not willing to, then no its not wrong. Its a little young though. You should seriously think about your decision before you do anything. Think about the consequences, she could get pregnant (if she has her period) and you couldnt support a baby at that age. But age is just a number, so if you really want to, thats up to you :) but from experience, i first had sex when i was 15, and even then i thought it was young, because i know now that i wish i would of waited longer than i did, until i was completely ready. good luck. hope i helped you out. :)

I will not answer whether it is wrong or right to have sex at that age.
If you are going to have sex then it is far better to use a condom than not. But remember that a condom is not 100% effective, they can split, fall off and become weakened by oils, makeup and lubricants. Have you thought about what you would do if you or your partner became pregnant or caught a diesese.

I personally think it's wrong to have sex at 13 and 14, even 15.
But if you were to do it, I think it's a good thing that you're smart enough to even think of a condom.

It is wrong to have sex at 13 and 14 or any age under 18.
Sex is for adults and you are not an adult.
Sex causes babies, STDs and AIDS...something you do not want to have.

U shouldn't even think about sex at 13 or 14. It's illegal. But at least ur thinking about using protection. Who can blame u, ur a boy. Boys can't wait.
