There is a kit you can purchase at autozone for a small price meaning about 20 dollars that comes with a guage and hose and 2 cans. one is lubricant and one is refrigerant with leak sealer and conditioner. there is very simple instructions inside on how to apply it. you must look under your hood for the little schematic picture of you AC system and identify the return line and the input line. the are easy to find as they are a small line or hose with what appears to be bicycle vavle stems on them. if the conection is not right for your car the kit comes with the right connections and you just screw them on. Its called R-134.

You bring your vehicle to a certified auto technician and have them service your vehicle. Refrigerant does not evaporate so the system has a leak that must be repaired.

Have a qualified and experienced technician service your vehicle.
While this can be a DIY project, it is usually less expensive to have a professional do it.
