it...is...a motorcycle. Motor scooters are also good, especially from Yamaha. I would not ride those motorcycles, they have good exterior but look like they have bad traction.

well one of them is 200 cc and the other is 250 they are both 4-stroke so i would not call them mopeds but that isn't really what matters if you already have the license and stuff than the question is if they are close enough to a moped for your needs i would rather ride the 200 hundred than a moped or the other bike and I'm sure it gets good mileage

The RSL200 & CF250V aren't mopeds. They're single cylinder, small engine "sport bikes" (motorcycles). Perfict for a first time rider that wants a sport bike. And still fun to ride for experienced riders.

Cc's do not dictate whether or not it is a motorcycle or scooter - look at the Suzuki Bergmann 650 for example.... What makes a scotter a scooter is the seating position - with your legs closed and floorboards for the feet, as opposed to having a bike between your legs....

Both of these appear to be motorcycles. You might argue the cruiser is a scooter because it has no shifting capabilities....but neither does the new Nissan Maxima (as the same CVT tranny)...and its still a car!

Personally, I wouldnt purchase either of these - no proven track record. Of course, they at least offer a two year warranty, so you can guinea pig it for us! Please send me a full report after one year of riding it...Id be curious, as I would love to get my girl one of those sporty ones....
