I need help, because on my back edge I need to get around 3 times. I always fall onto my inside edge. Can Somebody help me? This is in Figure Skating and its called a Change Foot Spin or a Flip Flop Spin. Please help! Thanks!

You need to correct it with your opposite arm. Check it. Hold the arm up.

Hey, the reason I go on my inside edge for spins is because my body is leaning that way. I guess its sounds pretty simple, but keeping your body upright and over your spinning foot (back edge is on my left foot) instead of having your centre of gravity inbetween your feet, will help you get off the inside edge. Lifting up your right shoulder and arm abit may help.

try practicing quick twizzles or 3-turn, back 3-turn, 3turn (go on and on) on your back edge foot, to get the feeling of where your weight should be on a spin.

you mean from a upright spin you are changing feet into a back spin???

Get a good push onto your right foot and keep the wieght over you little toe.
