Has to be from a comic book not vice versa such as Sigourney Weaver who played Ripley in Aliens and in the Gostbusters movies which became comic books. The only one I can come up with is Halle Berry. She was Storm in the XMen movies and Catwoman.

Samuel L Jackson was in Star Wars series (by the time he joined the Movies the character was already created in Comic Books and was also in Unbreakable. (Although I think the Comic for Unbreakable might have been Released as PART of the movie)
