Open toed with stiletto heels.
Considering you're balancing at least 50 kg on such a small surface area with four pivot points between the surface area and the center of mass, plus having to calculate and react in less than two tenths of a second to the torques applied by atmospheric winds, when you see a woman walking across the parking lot in a short skirt and those high heels, you just know she has to be great at calculus!

That's subjective...heels tend to be sexier looking shoes...flats can be cute but are rarely thought of as "hot" looking...
Wear what's comfy...your feet, legs, and back will thank you.
