First, on your index page, you will have a resolution check inside your
tag.
Then, you will build separate sites for each resolution. For example, if the user has 600x800, then go to \600_800\index.html. If user has 1024x768, then go to \1024_768\index.html.
You will build the pages that look the same but formatted to fit each resolution.

Dear actually I don't know, How you want to do that (mean from server side or clientside scripting). So please go to google, yahoo, altavista, msn or any other search engin. There is many scripts in many languges and with many mathods. just enjoy :-)
