Definately, when someone has a sticker or decal on thier car, they usualy feel very strongly about what it says or else it wouldn't be there, however, "judge" is not the word I'd use. I'd call it an assumtion to thier beliefs.

No, I dont.
Some decals are put on there by the spur of the moment thing. While others may be put on there by people who are well meaning but, its a pain to get them off, and still others, will do it maliciously to get some one riled up over it, (the car owner), to make them look a fool.
So, I would never judge anyone by anything that is on thier car, I only look at the person standing in front of me and wonder if they would be a good friend, or potential friend, or a stranger that I will never meet and be sorry that I never got to know them.
There are many friends that I havent had the pleasure to meet yet, and they remain strangers, and I really am not a better person because I dont get to meet them and greet them and have great conversations with them, all because of too many variables and factors in our lives...
I wish you well..
Jesse

I may not make a whole opinion of them, but I definitely feel as though I have an idea of what they are like or how they think about certain issues, i.e. a person with a "Choose Life" decal probably doesn't support abortion. Then one could of course take further liberties in their inferences of that particular person based on the stereotype. Of this I have been guilty of, I must admit.

I never judge people but the decals on their cars made me recognized who they are in status of society.

It gives me warning.
If a person has more that three decals on their car, I watch out.
If a person has a provocative sticker ("Friends don't let friends vote democrat", "Conservatives have no conscience"), trouble.
If it is a tamdem (a volvo driver with the Jesus fish), more problems.
The only stickers I let slide are parking decals of any ilk or ONE locational sticker (Wall Drug or LA Brea Tar Pits, something like that)

mmmm no but, i would think it does say something about them. i think it kind of low budget to put decals and stickers on your car.

absolutely. i'm a little confused about why people would want to advertise their beliefs on their car. looking for confrontation anyone? even the silly ones - i think why in the world? and don't tend to take those people as seriously.

I should hope someone judged me by my old car (had an ichthys fish on it... haven't gotten around to buying a new one for this car yet, though).
