I think you need to give it time. There's no hurry to use them. Pads are ok! Good luck!

try using slim tampons and read the directions...stand or sit in the position it says. dont forget to keep breatheing...that could be y u got dizzy...but if u are... u might want to talk to some1...have u used tampons b4 is it the 1st time? all tampons carry the risk of TSS (toxic shock syndrome) which is vary serious. try sitting/standing in the position the instructions say, breathe, and maybe use a little KY jelly on the tip... if u still get dizzy...talk to some 1 abt it..it could really be serious. good luck and i hope this helped u

I suspect that you may be trying to insert it while standing or crouching in an awkward position that's not helping the muscles in your vagina. Try bending your legs slightly and bending at your waist a bit too. If this doesn't work, you could try one leg on the side of the bathtub or the toilet. Remember to have steady breathing before, during and after inserting a tampon. Like piercings, take a deep breath before inserting and then blow out as you insert. Hope these techniques help!

First be sure there isn't one already inserted that you may have forgotten about.....then apply small amount of KY jelly on the tip of the tampon, it is water soluble jelly, won't hurt you and will make insertion alot easier. KY jelly can be purchased at any drugstore.
I suspect you may be holding your breath while trying to insert, this would cause the dizzyness you describe. Remember to keep breathing.

yeah try smaller tampon, use KY jelly it wont hurt you and about the whole dizzy part try layin down it might make it harder to push in depending on if you can reach better. dont stress its ok happens to alot of people. make sure the tampons arent one of those sented ones you could be allergic to the chemicals and thats just how you react.

First you must be sure that you use the right size! And if it still doesn't slide, try another manufacture. And if it still don't work, go to a doctor!

Are you a first timer? Try a lites or slimmer tampon (tampax-the purple box). Also, try using some KY jelly or lube and lay down and try it. Hope this helps!
