I get mine from Audibles.com. If you join you get a credit for one free book. They're pretty reasonably priced. Certainly better than I tunes.

Edit:
There's no monthly fee at audibles.com, unless you get a premium membership that gives you one free book a month.

I highly recommend the iTunes Music Store. I have bought quite a few audiobooks this way, and I have no complaints. Unlike Audible.com there is no monthly memebership, which is goog. I can buy as many or as few as I like, whenever I like.

Audible.com has a great selection -- they have sales all the time too.
