First of all, laser doesn't permanently remove facial hair either....it just reduces it and it doesn't grow back as fast. I would know.... as an ethnic woman, it's a huge problem.... I get laser done but it always comes back. it'll never go away. Laser is a good option if you have dark hair and you want it to go away for about a month and a half at a time. it's expensive though. always go to someone trustworthy.
as far as anything else...there's electrolysis but that hurts like a mother!! and it's very tedious and doesn't take out large amounts at a time.
Depends on how hairy your face is....but there is no permanent way, unfortunetely =(

There really is no way to remove it permanently w/out lazer treatment.
Try waxing. Nair has a good remover for faces now. Tweezing.

You can try electrolysis. It only works at the exact time during hair growth, so it sometimes takes a few trips to the esthetician to work, but in the mean time the hairs grow back lighter and softer. My sister had it done to hairs growing out of a mole, and it worked well. It did take a few months to get all of them though.

that is the only way to do it permanently. Waxing helps by allowing the hair to grow back a lighter than before.

your dermotologist can prescribe something called Vannica, that permanently over time reduces facial hair to the point of nothing left.

wax, yes it grows back but the more you do it the smaller the hair follicle will get and gradually wear down to nothing.
